These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SignPaper ("App") published by Hey Labs, a trade name of Global Reach Retailers LLC ("we", "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SignPaper is a document signing tool for iOS. It allows you to import PDFs and images, add signatures, text, dates, and stamps, and export signed documents from your device.

2. Legal Validity of Signatures

SignPaper provides a tool for placing visual signatures on documents. We make no guarantees about the legal validity or enforceability of signatures created with the App. Legal requirements for electronic signatures vary by jurisdiction. Consult a legal professional if you need legally binding signatures.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

SignPaper offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("SignPaper Pro") and a one-time purchase option through the Apple App Store.

Subscription titles, length and price:

  • Unlimited Pro Monthly — 1 month, USD 14.99 per month (or local equivalent shown in the App).
  • Unlimited Pro Annual — 1 year, USD 49.99 per year (or local equivalent shown in the App).
  • 3 Document Pack — non-renewing one-time purchase, USD 5.99 (or local equivalent shown in the App).

Billing terms:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Subscription prices are listed in the App and may vary by region.

4. User Data and Privacy

SignPaper processes documents and signatures on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your documents on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Sign, alter, or distribute documents fraudulently or without authorization from the rightful parties.
  • Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with the App's functionality or security.

You are solely responsible for the documents you sign and share using the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Hey Labs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that documents processed through the App will be preserved indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may discontinue the App at any time. Your purchased content remains accessible as long as Apple supports redownloading.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
