These Terms of Use govern your use of the ClipFlow — Clipboard Manager application ("App") developed by Ilia Pisarenko ("Developer", "we", "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ClipFlow is a clipboard management app that captures, organizes, and provides quick access to your clipboard history. The App may include a custom keyboard extension, iCloud sync, and content detection features.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("ClipFlow Pro") that provide access to premium features.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Subscription prices are listed in the App and may vary by region.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your clipboard data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via iCloud to your other devices. We do not collect, access, or store your clipboard content on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with the App's functionality or security.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
